About Pixies of the Forest 2
Pixies of the Forest 2 is a casino game from IGT. Following the hugely successful Pixies of the Forest, which took the online casino industry by storm, the sequel brings back the familiar theme and characters with a few added features, too.
Played on five reels and three rows, the setup is much the same as the original, and presents the classic reel set that fans are accustomed to. The background depicts an enchanted forest, complete with towering trees, flowers and blue skies - exactly the kind of place pixies would inhabit. The three pixie characters you may know and love from the original Pixies of the Forest provide three of the game’s most valuable symbols. The highest paying symbol of all is the Pixies of the Forest 2 logo, paying 1000 when five are landed on a payline. The lower paying symbols are the classic card deck icons A, K, Q, and J. How to Play Pixies of the Forest 2
Total Bet
Use the plus and minus buttons on either side of the ‘Total Bet’ display window to increase and decrease your stake. Make sure that your are satisfied with this number before playing Pixies of the Forest 2.
Spin
Press the spin button to initiate a round of Pixies of the Forest 2. The reels will spin once and the current total bet will be submitted.

Pixies of the Forest 2 Special Features
Tumbling Reels
Pixies of the Forest 2, like its predecessor, is played on the popular Tumbling Reels format. This means that when a win is achieved, the symbols involved will be destroyed, making space for new ones to fall into place. This creates better winning potential as the cycle continues until the win cannot be improved any further. You can therefore land multiple consecutive winning combinations from a single spin.
Spirit Metre
The Spirit Metre below the reels can be filled in both the base game and bonus game spins. The metre is filled by one each time a successful tumble is achieved, up to a maximum of five. If the metre is filled with three or more spirits, Feature Wilds spins will be triggered. The Spirit Metre cannot be increased during Feature Wild spins.
Feature Wilds
Once the Spirit Metre is filled and Feature Wilds are triggered, one of three Feature Wilds will be selected for the following spin. One Feature Wilds spin for the first three spirits. For every additional spirit, an additional spin will be awarded.
Wild Reels: Up to two reels will be turned Wild for the duration of the current spin. Wilds on chosen reels involved in a winning combination will not disappear.
Random Wilds: Wilds will be randomly placed on the second, third, and/or fourth reel. When no further wins can be found after a tumble, a fresh set of Wilds may be placed on the reels. This may occur two more times. Random Wilds will disappear when part of a win.
Countdown Sticky Wilds: Three Wild symbols will be placed in random positions on reels two, three and/or four and remain locked for three tumbles. After three tumbles have been completed, the Countdown Sticky Wilds will be eliminated from the reels. If a Countdown Sticky Wild is part of a winning combination, it will not disappear.
Mystery Bonus Trigger
At the beginning of any Feature Wilds round, the Wilds may transform into Bonus symbols, triggering the Pixie Queen’s Free Spin Bonus. Bonus symbols will revert back to Wilds when you return to the base game.
Mystery Jackpot Trigger
Wilds can turn into Jackpot symbols at the beginning of any base game Feature Wilds spin. These Jackpot symbols may trigger the Pixie Progressive Picker.
Pixie Queen’s Free Spin Bonus
This free spins bonus is triggered when three or more Bonus symbols land anywhere on reels 1, 2 and 3. It may also be activated via the Feature Wilds and Mystery Bonus Trigger rounds. The first stage is to choose a Bonus symbol to reveal how many free spins you’ll get to play with. Wild symbols may land on reels one to four. All line wins must include at least one non Wild symbol.
Pixie Queen’s Multiplier
During the Free Spins Bonus, when 2x multiplier symbols form part of a line win, the resulting payout will be multiplied by two. Wilds cannot substitute for multiplier symbols, which only appear on the first reel.
Pixie Queen’s Gifts
During standard bonus spins, if Feature Wild is not triggered, the Pixie Queen may appear to bestow a gift that results in more tumbles.
Spirit Boost: The Pixie Queen will award two spirits, in addition to any spirits already earned. In the event that three or more spirits have already been claimed, Feature Wilds spins triggers on the following spin.
Symbol Elimination: Each instance of one to four symbol types will be removed from the reels, which then triggers a tumble and increases the Spirit Metre by one.
Extra Spins: Another free spin will be awarded by the generous Pixie Queen.
Pixie Progressive Picker
Land three Jackpot symbols anywhere on the centre three reels to trigger the Pixie Progressive Picker. It may also be activated via Feature Wilds and the Mystery Jackpot Trigger. Choose fairy icons until one of the Jackpot Metres are filled. When all four lights are illuminated, you’ll win the corresponding jackpot.
