How to Set Your Stake
To set your stake, click on the coins symbol beside the gaming grid. You can set your stake anywhere between the minimum and maximum betting range.
How to Spin the Reels
After your stake is set, press the spin button. To land a win, you’ll need to land 3 or more matching symbols from left to right on any of the paylines, starting from reel 1.
Bonus Rounds in Dead Man's Trail
Coin Feature: Coin symbols adorned with a cash value activate the Coin feature when landing on three or more reels during the same spin. The values are combined to give you an instant win prize.
Trail Bonus Feature: Three or more Bonus symbols appear on the reels to trigger the Trail Bonus feature. Landing on a Normal Tile awards the coin value attached to it while hitting a Start Tile resets the action. The Mystery Chests add one of 11 potential modifiers:
- Scout: Boosts a randomly chosen tile by 100 to 1,000x.
- Persistent Scout: Similar to Scout but activates at the end of each turn.
- One-Eye: Boosts between 2 and 4 tiles with multipliers ranging from 2x to 5x.
- Persistent One-Eye: Similar to One-Eye - but at the end of each turn.
- Commander: Boosts all tiles by a value of 3, 4, or 5x.
- Persistent Commander: Reveals a 2-5x bet boost to all tiles on each turn.
- Collector: Totals the values from all Normal Tiles for a combined win.
- Collect & Command: Combines the values from all Normal Tiles, adds this value to each Normal Tile, and includes it in the total win.
- Reset: Replaces End Tiles with Normal Tiles containing a random coin value.
- Super Reset: Temporarily replaces all End Tiles with Mystery Chests.
- Coin Win: Grants a payout ranging from 20-50x, added to the total win.

The Dead Man’s Trail is well-designed. Gameplay-wise, the Trail Bonus feature takes centre stage - with the Mystery Chest modifiers offering the potential for big wins. The Scout modifier offers the possibility of adding 1,000x your stake to a randomly chosen tile - and combined with One-Eye multipliers, and each Normal Tile could potentially yield winnings of up to 50,000 times your total stake.
