About Nitropolis 3
The Nitropolis 3 slot begins with six reels, four rows and up to 4,096 ways to win. As the title explains, this is third instalment in ELK Studios’ Nitropolis series and the potentially highest paying one too with a possible max win of up to 50,000x your total bet. The game has a dystopian theme where the story is that the Nitro gangs fled the city of Nitropolis in a blimp after being overwhelmed by Sergeant Nitro Wolf. They have headed near south to a beach where they plan to maintain their “dog eat dog” lifestyle.
On the beach we can see palm trees, a beach lounger, a thatched beach parasol, a lifeguard hut and toxic waste barrels. The soundtrack that accompanies the game is funky and upbeat, interrupted occasionally by barking dogs and meowing cats. On the reels you will find low value icons such as Ace, King, Queen and Jack. Then we have the medium value symbols which include the Rogue Rats, Pug Thugs, Gritty Kitty and Dirty Dawgs clan emblems.
At the top of the food chain, we have the higher value symbols which are the leaders of the 4 clans. In order of value, these run from the Rat Boss to the Pug Boss to the Kitty Boss and finally the Dawg Boss. The Dawg Boss is the best paying symbol giving you 1.5x, 3x, 4x or 5x your stake for three, four, five or six in a payline. Finally, we have a toxic sign and cocktail wild symbol which can substitute for all symbols except the Bonus, Super Bonus, Both Ways, Redrop and Nitro feature symbols.
Each time you land a winning combination, the game’s avalanche feature will activate. This means that winning symbols explode to make space for new symbols to drop in and replace them. Another win will repeat another avalanche, and will continue until you don’t get a new win. An additional row of symbols will then be added at the top of the grid, with up to eight rows possible. Four consecutive avalanches are required to play with the maximum eight rows.

Nitropolis 3 sees all of the action from its predecessors relocated to a tropical beach as opposed to the post apocalyptic city. The designers, ELK Studios, have added some good extras, as well as elements from the previous games for good measure. If you were a fan of the originals, then you will find plenty with this game.
