About Pacific Gold

Pacific Gold is part of ELK Studio’s Gold range of video slots. It is played on a six reel grid that can have between four and eight rows and between 4096 - 262,144 paylines. The theme is World War II and once again features Adventurer Kane who we have previously seen in Ecuador and Tahiti among other places. Look out for the Pacific Wave Free Drops feature as well as some other bonus rounds and a maximum win of 10,000 X the total bet.

Pacific Gold Special Features

There are a few features to Pacific Gold you should know about beginning with the Pacific Wave Free Drops feature.

Pacific Wave Free Drops

This feature is unlocked when you catch three, four, five or six bonus symbols. As soon as you do, you will pick up 10, 15, 20, or 25 free drops respectively. During the bonus feature, the safety level goes up one level for each winning free drop. This can reach up to eight rows high.

Ghost Boxes Bonus

Should there be a Ghost Box symbol in sight, winning symbols that land at the same time will be collected. If it is one of the big symbols, this is reduced and collected in its 1x1 form. When no new wins are made, the Ghost Box will explode and take out some of the symbols on the gameboard. The symbols that have been collected are added row by row beginning with the symbol type that has the greatest amount.

Pacific Wave Bonus

The Pacific Wave is a line of matching pay symbols that are 1x2, 1x3, or 1x4 in size. If any empty spaces appear underneath a Pacific Wave, they will be filled with the 1x1 wild symbols. Pacific Waves are then removed due to the avalanche win mechanic that this game employs.

Power Stack Feature

Power Stacks are made up of 4 matching symbols. The value of the Power Stack can increase for each avalanche that it is not included in. For each avalanche, the value will increase by +2.

When was Pacific Gold Released?

Pacific Gold was released by ELK Studios in March 2022 as another part of their Gold series. The grid is set against a backdrop of a crashed World War II warplane and the soundtrack is a drum led haunting melody.
