Rainbow Riches Leapin' Leprechauns is a Barcrest game built on the series' previous instant win games. Players wager based on what they think they will find when their leprechaun leaps from one level to the next.
How to Play
The game begins with five jumps in the bank. Choose your wager by using the + and - symbols associated with the 'Stake' box at the bottom of your screen. When you are ready to jump, push the large 'Jump' button at the right of the screen. The button shows two lines and a curved arrow. The button at the very bottom (with two arrows and a triangle) is the 'Auto Jump' button. Clicking it triggers all five jumps automatically.
Jumping from one level to the next accumulates prizes of between 0.5X and 100X your wager. Pay attention to the following symbols, as they are important:
Four Leaf Clover – this symbol awards the smallest prize possible
Coins – the coins symbol generates the 'medium' level prize
Pot of Gold – the pot of gold symbol generates the 'large' level prize
Rainbow – the rainbow generates a jackpot win
Heart – the heart symbol awards 2 extra jumps and removes any obstacles for those jumps
Horseshoe – the horseshoe symbol eliminates obstacles for the next three jumps
Power-ups – symbols that defeat obstacles
Balloon – A balloon flying past will continue flying around the screen until a prize of either 2X or 5X your wager is found and awarded.
Along the way, you will encounter obstacles. Power-ups defeat obstacles and extend the life of the leprechaun into any subsequent games you might decide to play. Hitting an obstacle automatically ends play unless you have power-ups available.
