About Tombstone

NoLimit City has created quite the name for itself with unique themed slots like East Coast vs West Coast and Punk Toilet. However, with Tombstone, the developer has proven its ability to put a unique spin on a common slot theme, the Wild West.

Tombstone is a five-reel slot with 108 paylines, and NoLimit City’s trademark extremely high volatility, with the max win available from the slot being 11,456x bet.

The design is impressive, with crisp, strong imagery, interesting animations, and a western soundtrack, while three different free spins features can be triggered during gameplay. There are also nudging wilds in the base game which can add multipliers, keeping things interesting between feature triggers.

Tombstone Bonus Features

There are three wilds in Tombstone, each portrayed by a different character and appearing fully stacked on the middle three reels. If any wild symbol appears partly in view, it will nudge into place, each nudge will add a multiplier up to a max of 3x to any subsequent wins from that spin.

Land three scatters on the reels and you’ll trigger the Gunslinger Spins feature, here you will be given 10 spins, whenever outlaw wilds land and increase the multiplier, that multiplier will lock for the rest of the game, and keep increasing with every wild nudge. There is no limit to how high the multiplier can go.

If a Sheriff and a Marshall badge appear on the reels together, you’ll trigger Justice Spins, this gives three spins with all wilds sticking to the reels for the duration of the feature.

If you see both the Sheriff and Marshall badges and three scatters land in view, you’ll trigger the Bounty Spins. You’ll be given 12 spins, with all scatters landing during the feature adding an extra spin. Both the sticky wilds and increasing multiplier mechanics from the other two free spins features are in play here, making this the feature with the biggest win potential. Review Of Tombstone

Tombstone is another in a long string of top-quality, unique and interesting titles from NoLimit City, a developer that has been a consistent breath of fresh air in the slots world in recent years. While the theme itself isn’t anything new, the execution is, with impressive artwork and a solid soundtrack really setting the scene for what is to come.

In terms of gameplay, the nudging wilds are a good addition, but it’s the three free spins features, especially the Bounty Spins, that really make this slot stand out.

If you’re a fan of Western-themed slots, we’d also recommend Relax Gaming’s Money Train and The Greatest Train Robbery from Red Tiger.
