If you decide to take a 21.co.uk bonus we'll let you play with your cash first. That means if you win with your cash you can withdraw your winnings it at any time.
If your cash balance hits zero, you'll get a second chance at a win with your bonus funds.
We've tried to answer any question you may have below:
Q - If I take a bonus and win with my cash, can I withdraw my cash balance?
A - Yes, all winnings with cash will paid into cash and can be withdrawn.
Q - Do my cash stakes contribute towards wagering requirements?
A - No, cash stakes will not contribute towards your wagering requirements. If you lose your cash and begin to play with bonus funds, then you will start contributing to your wagering target.
Q - What happens if I withdraw my cash balance whilst I have an active bonus?
A - Your cash can be withdrawn at any point. If you do decide to take your cash, then your bonus and all bonus funds will be forfeited.
Q - What happens if I lose my cash and try to withdraw my bonus funds?
A - Losing all your cash means that you will start playing with your bonus funds and contributing towards your wagering. If you submit a withdrawal before you meet your wagering target, your bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds will be forfeited.
Q - What happens if I stake £1 with my cash and £1 with my bonus in a single stake, and win?
A - Any wins will be paid out proportionally. In this example, half of your winnings would go to your cash balance, with the other half going to your bonus balance.
Here's an example of how our bonus structure works:
You choose to take a 50% deposit match and deposit £100, meaning you will have £100 cash and £50 bonus.
You place your first spin on Cleopatra and win £30. You will then have £130 cash and £50 bonus.
From this point, you can choose to withdraw your £130, or continue to play and try to win even more. Bonus carries 40x wagering requirement, T&Cs apply
